Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of immiNow, the consultancy dashboard.

By accessing immiNow after receiving an invite, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

immiNow does not offer public self-signup. Consultancy accounts are created by immiNow Super Admin after external verification.

Staff access is invite-based. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under accounts issued to your organisation.

You may use immiNow only for lawful consultancy operations related to student journeys managed on the platform.

You must not attempt to bypass permission controls, misuse another organisation’s data, interfere with platform integrity, or use the service to process data beyond the consented purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Feature access depends on the subscription tier assigned to your consultancy: Starter, Business, or Ultimate. Seat limits are numeric entitlements and may be adjusted by immiNow administration.

On downgrade, data is not deleted solely because access changes. Seat overflow may disable excess employees and reassign their cases so work is not orphaned. Locked features are hidden rather than partially exposed.

The platform does not collect a student’s payment to a consultancy. Fees between a student and a consultancy remain off-platform arrangements between those parties.

Where commission and finance features are available to your organisation, recognised commission and related records are treated as business records. Personal data associated with those records is handled according to the Privacy Policy, including anonymisation on erasure where records must remain for integrity.

immiNow may update features, tier entitlements, and these terms as the product evolves. Material policy changes that affect consent will require re-acceptance where the product enforces a new policy version.
